Trading Journey – Day 23

I will try and come back and re-write this once my servers are back fully functioning. But for now I’m unable to load any media such as images etc. But here’s the in’s & out’s of today.
I only entered a few markets in the evening as I’ve been out all day. Although I ended the evening in profit, I still don’t think I deserved it. My main trade was in snooker and if I wasn’t being greedy I could have easily take around £40 from the market. I am still learning how the snooker markets function so I take that on board. However it was greed that forced me to only take £4.30 green from it. I will add that I like how the snooker markets function and will definitely be spending a lot more time in them as my journey progresses.
The profit came really from tennis however I was definitely overtaking and putting too much at risk – I was very lucky. I should have lost £20 and when my current risk per tennis trade is only £5.54, it’s very clear I was in deeper than I should have been.
I am going to try and look at my progress charts before I start my next days trading. In there I’ve put some notes for myself to remind me what my stake-sizes are for each sport and each type of trade as it’s clear I’m struggling slightly to stick by them. At the end of each session they are clear. However when I first open the markets, my staking sizes are probably the last thing I’ve thought about which is insane. Work in progress. But we are certainly making progress 🙂
